Spring roll :
Paste:
flour x 300g,

water x 500g,

oil x 7g,

salt x 2.5g,

egg white x 1/2

Ingredients:

mixed veggies can x 1,
slice celery x 1 bunch

pork x 200g,

chopped garlic x 2,

salt, pepper
sweet and sour souce.

Way of cooking:

fry the ingredients and roll them in the pasta and deep fry the rolls

春捲
皮:
麵粉x300g
水x500g
油x7g
鹽x2.5g

蛋白x1/2

餡:

混合蔬菜罐頭x1
芹菜切絲x1把
豬肉絲x200g
碎大蒜x2顆
鹽, 胡椒,
甜辣醬

作法:
將餡料炒熟包入皮中油炸

Tuna sandwitch:
tuna can x 3,
maionese x 5 tbsp
parmesan x 1/2cup,
chopped onions x 1,

salt, pepper
a bag of toasts

Way of cooking:
mix the ingredients, pass it on the toast, 4 pices of the toasts together then cut them into 4 slices, sick the tooth pick on.

鮪魚三明治:
鮪魚罐頭x3
美乃滋x 5 大匙
帕梅善乾酪粉x1/2杯
碎洋蔥x1
鹽, 胡椒
一袋土司

作法:
將餡料混合塗在吐司上四片併在一起切成四等分, 每份插上牙籤

Other desserts:
french fries, wurstel
potato chips, popcorn

其他點心:
炸薯條, 熱狗
洋芋片, 爆米花

Stewed beef rice:
rice cooked by water,

beef x 200~300g,

marshrooms x 100g,

onions x 4, oil x 2 tbsp.
chopped basil x 2 tbsp,

soybean sauce x 1cup
water x 3cups

Way of cooking:
with oil fry the onion 1^st, add in the rest ingredients and stew them for 30 mins, eat it with the rice.

燉牛肉飯:
煮好的白飯
牛肉x200~300g
洋菇x100g
碎洋蔥x4, 油x兩匙
碎九層塔x 2大匙
醬油x1杯
水x3杯

作法:
用油炒香洋蔥以後加入所有餡料燉煮30分鐘以後搭配白飯一起

Drinks:
coke, fanta orange,

cocktail, water

Items:
paper plate, fork, cups, table paper

飲料:
可樂, 芬達, 雞尾酒, 水

其他還需要:
紙盤, 刀叉, 杯子, 餐巾紙

Hamburg:
A. chopped pork x 300g,
chopped beef x 300g,

chopped onions x 3,

parmesan x 1cup,

bread powder x 1cup,

egg x 3, salt, pepper
milk x 1/2cup
thymex3tbsp,
B. cheese x10~12slices

slice onion, tomatos, ketchup, mustard, maionese,
hamburg bread x 10~12

Way of cooking:
mix A then make them in to pieces, bake them or fry them. Bake the burger bread with cheese, before eating, put in the rest B. ingredients

漢堡:
A. 豬絞肉 x 300g,
牛絞肉 x 300g,
碎洋蔥 x 3,
帕梅善乾酪粉 x 1杯
麵包粉 x 1 杯
蛋x3, 鹽, 胡椒
牛奶x1/2杯
百里香料粉x3大匙
B. 乳酪片10~12
切片洋蔥,蕃茄
番茄醬, 芥末, 美乃滋
漢堡麵包x10~12
作法:
混合A 餡料然後用手攤成片狀, 將它們烤熟或煎熟麵包稍微與乳酪烤過夾入所有B餡料
