we played the poor population 我們飾演貧窮的死老百姓
it's one of the greatest work of Puccini,
and that's why I came home everyday after the midnight
the costume is smelly and discusting, our make up is ridiculous
but the opera itself still touch me a lot just like
10 years ago, the 1st time I saw this opera in Taipei
and now I'm in the opera.
Italians have good ears, and very direct reaction over things.
When you do well on the stage, they'd say "bravo"!!
But if you don't do it well,
no matter how famous you are,
they whistle on you immeditally as well.
Our cast for Turandot and the prince have been played these
characters for many many years.
But sometimes you have to know you can't be too much self-confident.
For ex, the night of premier, Turandot got "brava"
the prince got "shhh"....
這是浦契尼最好的作品之ㄧ
也是為什麼每天我都工作到半夜才回家
戲服很臭 妝很鳥
可是故事本身仍然深深感動我就像十年前
我第一次觀賞這齣歌劇一樣
而現在我身在其中
義大利人的耳朵很好 而且反應很直接
當你在台上表現的好 你可以得到 "bravo!" (好!)
可是當你表現的不好 就算你再有名
你也可以很快的得到噓聲
我們這次的卡司杜蘭朵公主和王子
都飾演這兩個角色很多年了
可是有時候人還是不能過度自滿
就像首演當天 杜蘭朵得到了 "brava"
王子只得到 "噓"!!
