It's really cold in winter, I always want some soup at home.
The soup in italy is a main course, not after the meal,
so it's full of the ingredients, so you can eat very well.
Everytime when I come back home from the work,
I'd get super happy if I could have Ivano's mom's lentil soup.
The house'd full of the nice smell of lentils, after we drink the soup,
our bodies get warm immediatelly as well.
You can put the bread inside of the soup, it's my favorite way of eating.
冬天真是冷, 回到家, 就想來碗湯.....
義大利的湯是主菜, 不是餐後湯, 所以材料非常豐富,這樣才吃的飽.
我每次下班回到家, 看到伊媽媽準備的扁豆湯就高興的不得了...
因為屋子裡會充滿豆子香, 喝了湯, 身體也馬上就暖和起來了.
可以拿麵包沾湯, 這是我最喜歡的吃法!!!

Recipe:
lentils x 3cups, chopped potatos x 2, chopped carrot x 1,
chopped celery x 1big bunch, chopped onions x 2, olive oil x 1/3cup,
chopped potatos x 2, water has cover all of the ingredients,
salt, pepper, chilly pepper powder.
1. if the lentils you buy are dry, the night before cooking,
    you have to make the lentils stay in the water for 1 night
2. put all of the ingredients inside of a deep pan,
    stew all of them about 1 hr until everything gets soft.
Note: if you can't buy the lentil, you can also take the soybean for substitude.
食譜:
扁豆x3杯, 馬鈴薯切塊x2顆, 紅蘿蔔切塊x1條,
芹菜切碎x一大把, 洋蔥切碎x2顆, 橄欖油x1/3杯,
蕃茄x2顆切塊, 水x蓋過所有的材料的量, 鹽, 胡椒, 辣椒粉
1. 買來的扁豆如果是乾的, 前晚要先浸泡
2. 所有材料全部一起丟到壓力鍋或是有蓋子的鍋中燉煮約一小時軟爛即可
Note: 如果買不到扁豆, 也可以用黃豆替代
